FAQ
1
What are approved invoices?
An approved invoice is an invoice accepted by the Buyer, validated for payment.
2
How is the factoring rate offered by the SCF Buyer program interesting?
The proposed interest rate is advantageous for the suppliers because it is based on the Buyer's financial risk and its quality of signature.
3
What change (s) in the billing process?
When integrated into the program, the supplier places the SGF bank details on the Buyer's invoices in order to place the payments for SGF.
4
What is the delay between the issue of the invoice and the possibility of pre-financing?
The invoice is available for financing as soon as it is integrated on the platform that materializes the validation of the invoice by the Buyer.
If the supplier so requests, the debt will be financed within 24 hours by SGF.
The time required to validate the invoice by the Buyer depends on the date of receipt of the invoice, its good integration into the IS, the processing time and verification thereof.
5
What is the interest for the Buyer to offer an SCF program to its suppliers?
the Buyer places Corporate Social Responsibility at the heart of its strategy. Offering the SCF program to its suppliers is a natural part of this strategy. This strengthens its relationship with its suppliers.
6
What is the difference between SCF and a traditional bank loan?
The main difference lies in the fact that this is a financing set up by the Buyer on behalf of its suppliers. Since this financing envelope has been negotiated by the Buyer for the total volume of purchases made with its suppliers, suppliers benefit from particularly attractive financial conditions.
7

10
Are there other fees than the financing commission?
Access to our tool for viewing your outstanding amounts is unlimited and free. It is an Internet platform that is entirely dedicated and secure.
This platform also allows you to request the financing of all or part of your invoices. This is an option that you can activate at your convenience and without obligation.
When this option activated, the financing fee billed to you is calculated on the basis of the total amount financed and the duration of the financing (the financing period from the date of your request for making the payment to the due date of the invoice ).
No other fees are required.

If the request for funding is made after 2pm, you will receive the funds two days later (48h)
13
Is it possible to finance invoices not present on the platform?
Only the receivables on the platform, ie the approved receivables validated by the Buyer, can be financed.
Funding requests can be made up to 5 business days before the scheduled invoice deadline.
14
Is it possible to have a user account with the possibility of applying for funding and a user account without the possibility of applying for funding?
Absolutely. Two types of user account profiles are available: a profile with full powers (having access to funding requests) and a consultative profile (not having access to funding requests).
By default, only one user account is created with access to funding requests. If you wish to open other user accounts, you can request a simple email to your SGF contact.
15
Can the SCF program only cover part of the invoices of a supplier who signs to it?
No, SCF membership means that 100% of the provider's buyer billing flow enters the program. On the other hand, the supplier is free to finance each invoice.
16
If a supplier does not wish to subscribe to the SCF program offered to him, should he make a special approach to the Buyer?
No, SCF membership is optional. This is for the Buyer to offer its suppliers a value-added tracking tool, coupled with a complementary source of cash, if the supplier wishes.
In the event of non-subscription to the SCF program, no action is to be taken with SGF or with the Buyer.
17
What is the impact of enrollment in the SCF program on contracts signed with the Buyer ?
There is no impact on the supplier's contractual relationship with the Buyer.
In addition, the fact that a supplier decides whether or not to integrate the SCF program is in no way an argument in ongoing negotiations for the buyer or the supplier.
